My favourite Tech
My favorite tech is Hauora
I enjoy Hauora because it shows different ways you can look at health & wellbeing if it is the Mental,Physical side and so on. Matua Reg knows alot about health which is a really important thing to know. We also went out and played games to get our heart rate up and we saw how many heartbeats per minute we have and I'm pretty sure I had like 50 to 60 or something like that. Matua also showed us how celebrities have been affected mentally for example David beckham got red carded in a game of soccer and england fans hated him for that and he didn't feel safe for 3 years i'm pretty sure which is really sad but he did end up scoring a free kick for England sending them to the world cup finals and he is probably the most well known footballer to this very day. We played touch and Matua teached us different skills like passing and catching in lines we also learned different plays in touch that I can't really remember we also went for walks around the block and we all talked and talked. We also talked about how much sugar are in certain products

Meeting All Blacks
Yesterday me and others met beauden barrett,Ardie Savea,TJ Perenara and Dane Coles.
They are very inspirational and hard working people to get where they are today. Ardie Savea was probably the funniest there and Beauden was the most honest. There was sausage sizzle that was really yum
